2021 is off to a good start…
At the end of March when lockdown restrictions lifted, I met up with Rachel and Roland for their pre-wedding photo shoot. This was my first client photo shoot in just under five months and I was a little nervous about returning to work. As it turned out I had nothing to worry about and I had a great time finally able to do the job I love so much again.
For this photo shoot, we ventured out to Mount Edgcumbe. I always love shooting at Edgcumbe! The area is so vast and there's endless photo opportunities to be had. Rachel and Roly were a dream to photograph. One thing that jumped out to me when editing their pictures is how contented they look with each other. It reminds me why I love photographing weddings/couples. Capturing love on camera is more beautiful to me than any landscape could ever be and I'm sure you'll agree, Rachel and Roly look perfect together.
Another couple who look great together are Princess Leia and Han Solo, who made a quick appearance at the photo shoot! Roly is a huge Star Wars fan so the Lego figures were a great personal touch and I hear they will also be making a star appearance on the wedding day too!
Unless I get any very last minute bookings, this wonderful couple will also be my first wedding of the year. 2021 is set to be a very busy year for me (providing we don't have any repeats of last year that is) and I'm really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things next month!
